Curious about what's next.
Working on it.

AI Expert. Business technologist. Product thinker. I work where big ideas meet the messy, fascinating business of making them real.

01 / What I'm working on now

Beyond digital.
Toward intelligent.

AI Expert / UAE Federal Government

For years, we've built digital systems that people have to learn to navigate. What if we turned that relationship around?

At the UAE Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, I'm helping shape a future where intelligent systems understand intent, work across services and help people get things done.

It's a chance to rethink how an entire sector works, from the experiences people have to the decisions and operations behind them.

The exciting part isn't what AI can do in a demo. It's what happens when we make it work in the real world.

02 / The Ideas Lab

From what if
to what exists.

Some ideas start with a big problem. Others start with a small frustration. I like exploring what AI could make possible, then trying to build it.

HUMAN TALENT × INTELLIGENT DISCOVERY
01 / Learning & discovery

guroo.dev

What if the right teacher could find you?

Talent is everywhere. Discovering it isn't always easy. Guroo explores an AI-powered way to connect learners with independent teachers, matching goals and learning styles while giving instructors better tools to grow their work.

What if your trip could almost run itself?

A concept for an AI-native Dubai travel companion. Instead of juggling a dozen apps, imagine specialized agents coordinating experiences, transport and practical details around the way you actually travel.

03 / Problems I've helped solve

Different industries.
Same curiosity.

I've spent my career somewhere between the people defining the problem and the people building the solution.

NOW / AI

Can organizations work in an entirely different way?

UAE federal government entity. Helping move beyond traditional digitization toward AI-native services and operations, connecting business priorities, product thinking and technical delivery.

GOVERNMENT / CX

Why should public services feel complicated?

UAE Ministry of Education. Helped rethink multiple government services and customer journeys, reducing avoidable effort and making digital interactions more useful for the people relying on them.

TELECOM / PRODUCT

What if you redesigned the experience, not just the screen?

du. Worked on a major digital transformation, redesigning more than 80 consumer and enterprise journeys and the operations behind them.

CONSULTING / SCALE

Where is the value hidden inside complexity?

EY. Worked across telecom businesses in multiple regions, including a leading greenfield operator's digital-first launch and multi-million-dollar savings opportunities for a leading Southeast Asian telecom group.

04 / Notes from my head

Things I can't
stop thinking about.

Ideas, questions and the occasional rabbit hole. Some of these might turn into longer essays. For now, they're thoughts worth exploring.

01 / AI & work

The hardest part of AI transformation isn't AI.

A good demo is easy to admire. Changing how a real organization works is where the interesting problems begin.

02 / Interfaces

What happens when software stops waiting for instructions?

We've spent decades learning to use computers. What happens when computers begin understanding what we're trying to do?

03 / Personal intelligence

What comes after the app?

Imagine an intelligent layer that carries your context, remembers what matters and helps turn intention into action. That future is worth experimenting with.

PLACES THAT SHAPED ME

I went from studying circuits
to questioning how things connect.

A journey through places, ideas and the questions that stayed with me.

CHAPTER 01

A world of perspectives.

Growing up in Jakarta, I moved between the culture at home and the world outside. Seeing things from more than one angle became a habit. It still shapes how I approach a problem.

CHAPTER 02

Curiosity, wired in.

Then came engineering in Dubai. I liked understanding how things worked, but my questions kept wandering beyond the technology: Who would use this? Why would they care?

Understand the system. Question its purpose.

That curiosity took me to Pune for an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Engineering had taught me to understand the system. Business made me question what it was there to do.

Work & the journey ahead
A career connecting business and technology
CHAPTER 04

From possibility to practice.

Work began in India and brought me back to the UAE. Across industries, I’ve found myself drawn to the same moment: when ‘Imagine if we could…’ becomes ‘How would we make it happen?’

Make the idea useful.
STILL FOLLOWING THE QUESTIONS

What happens next?

That’s what draws me to AI today. I want to see what happens when an interesting possibility becomes something useful in someone’s hands.

Outside work, the questions keep coming. Through books, history or a new tool I open “just for five minutes.” Sometimes they lead nowhere. Sometimes they become the next thing I build.
